Accounting at €49 per month includes invoices, quotes, expenses and the VAT overview. POS at €89 per month includes the full till with card payments, receipts, VAT rates, Z-report, floor plan, takeaway and delivery. All-in-one at €129 per month combines everything: till, Cards loyalty, accounting plus advanced reports and exports. All plans include unlimited staff, and a year costs only 10 monthly payments.
Yes, you try LUXPOS for 30 days. You add a card at signup; you are only billed once the trial ends. You can cancel any time during the 30 days and nothing is charged.
On EEA consumer cards the cost is 2.9% + €0.25 per transaction. Tap-to-Pay straight on the iPhone is billed the same way. Cash, vouchers and the sale itself carry no transaction cost.
No. LUXPOS runs in the browser on iPhone, iPad, Mac or any device with a screen. With an iPhone (XS or newer) you take payments via Tap-to-Pay with no extra device at all. If you prefer a standalone terminal, we offer one for €199.
Common Epson receipt printers over LAN, USB or Bluetooth. Receipts can also be emailed as a PDF or shared via a QR code, so printing is never mandatory.
Yes. Rates of 17, 14, 8 and 3 % are preset and overrideable per product. The daily close (Z-report) shows the breakdown by rate, and you export everything as PDF, CSV or XLSX for your accountant.

The interface and receipts come in five languages: English, German, French, Italian and Portuguese. You can choose the language per staff member or per receipt.
