- How does LUXPOS handle VAT for dine-in and takeaway?
- Every item carries its VAT rate (17 / 14 / 8 / 3%). At checkout you pick dine-in or takeaway, and LUXPOS applies the correct rate automatically and itemises it on the receipt and the Z-report.
- Can I split the bill at the table?
- Yes. You split per person, per item or mixed cash + card. Multiple payments on one table are supported, and each guest gets their own receipt.
- Do orders go straight to the kitchen?
- Orders print as kitchen tickets or show on a kitchen display the moment they're taken, separated by course and station so the pass stays in control.
- Do I need special hardware?
- No. LUXPOS runs in the browser on iPad, Mac or Android. Card and Tap-to-Pay work on a supported iPhone; you can connect a receipt printer but you don't have to.
